Terms & Conditions

These are the terms & conditions of Webinarlife, please understand them carefully.

GENERAL

GoToWebinar, LogMeIn
Webinarlife, is not affiliated with GoToWebinar, LogMeIn. Webinarlife offers their services to manage and support in preparation, during and post the webinar.

Payment
The 'Single', 'Basic', 'Standard' bundle will be invoiced through a mobile link provided by 'Zbooni' who will be processing the payment on behalf on Webinarlife. The 'Advange' bundle will be invoiced through a bank transfer to 'Radical Thinking Web Design'.

Upon payment receipt, a booking link 'Calendly' will be send to your email to schedule the first webinar.

Refund policy
Unused webinar bundles are refundable within 30 days. Used bundles and or remaining webinars can be transferred to someone else within the bundle validity.

Expirary
The 'Single webinar' is valid for 30 days after purchase.
The 'Basic bundle' is valid for 6 months after purchase
The 'Standard bundle' is valid for 12 month after purchase

Warranty
Webinarife is responsible for conducting the webinar as scheduled and provide the services as mentioned on the webinarlife.com website.

WEBINARS

Low attendance
Webinarlife cannot be held responisble for low attendance during webinars. It is the responsibility of the customer to invite their audience and to ensure the content and topic is relevant. Webinarlife will guide the customer based on best practises on how to reach the best optimal number of attendees.

Attendees
The webinar will allow up to 500 attendees including the organizers and speakers. Any attendees will not be able to attend should the number reaches 500. Webinarlife cannot be held responsible for attendees not able connect should the number has exceeded.

Connectivity
It is the responsibility of the customer and their presenters to ensure that when they attend the webinar they are using a stable internet connection. Otherwise it could affect the voice and video quality of the call and affect the overall experience of the webinar. Prior to starting the webinar, Webinarlife will do a quick check whether the voice, video and internet quality is sufficient enough for the webinar.

Equipment
It is the responsibility of the customer and their speaker to ensure they are using devices (Laptop, Tablet or Smartphone) that has a decent microphone and camera when needed to hold a webinar. Webinarlife cannot be held responsible for any issues related to the device at the time. Prior to starting the webinar, Webinarlife will do a quick check whether the voice, video and internet quality is sufficient for the webinar.

Organizers & presenters
Organizers and presenters are recommended to connect 15 min prior to the start of the webinar, to make sure the webinar can exactly start at the time mentioned. The presenter should have the presentation ready and prepared prior to the webinar to ensure a positive experience. Webinarlife cannot be held responsible for a late start and or unprepared content, presentors or presentations.

Webinar duration
Each webinar is scheduled for 60 min and will be disconnected straightafter, this excludes the 15 min setup prior to the webinar for organizers and presenters to prepare. A grace of 5 min will be giving after the start of the webinar. Any time after that will be deducted from the 60 min slot. Webinarlife cannot be held responsible for a late start of the webinar and or delay of the presenter or low attendance rate at the start of the webinar.

Recordings
Webinarlife will take a recording of the webinar and will share that within 24 hours with the customers for them. The recording does not include the webcam feed of the presenter, that is only visible for the attendees during the webinar. Webinarlife cannot be held responsible for any failure in the recording.

Surveys & Polls
Webinarlife can implement a survey and or poll during or after the webinar to gather further insights and feedback from the attendees. Webinarlife will provide within 24 hour after the webinar with the results and reports to the customer. The survey is limited to a maximum of four questions, which can be rating and or open questions.

Registration
GoToWebinar allows registation for the webinar and Webinarlife will share a daily report of the registration nnumbers, prior to the webinar date.

Post-webinar analytics
Webinarlife will provide the customer with post-webinar analytics such as, registrations, attendees, survey results with the customer within 48 hours when all data has been collected.

Reschedule and cancelation
Webinars can be rescheduled max 24 hours before the webinar any request of to reschedule to webinar less than 12 hours will be 100% charged. Each webinar can only be rescheduled one time, a second time will be charged 100%. Webinarlife cannot be held responsible for not inviting attendees on time, speaker and content that is not appealing to the audience.

Scheduling a webinar
Webinarlife advises to schedule a webinar at least seven days prior, less time can result in low attendance. Webinarlife cannot be held responsible for low attendance.

Content
Webinarlife reserves the right to cancel a webinar in session should the content be sexual explicit, illegal, discriminatory, blasphemy against religion or state. Webinarlife will not be held responsible for any damages for taking down a webinar not adhering to the content rules.
